Group Discount FAQ Come to the conference with 4 other friends and get a $15 discount per person ! Q: How many people do I need to get the group discount? A: Groups of five or more are eligible for group discount. Q: I have already registered, but it did not show my group discount; where is it? A: When you register online, your group discount will not be displayed. You need to submit all the confirmation numbers in your group on the WCCCC website ( http://www.wcccc.org/registration/group.asp ). After you've submitted the confirmation numbers, each one in the group will receive a $15 refund check at conference check-in. Q: I just submitted my confirmation number with four of my friends'. Now another friend wants to join our group; can I add his name? A: No. No additional conferees are allowed in a group once you have submitted your group discount request. Here is our suggestion: if you think you may have more friends who want to join your group, you may want to wait till mid-late November to submit all confirmation numbers together. Q: Should I wait until I've found 5 people to register for the conference?A: No. Register online as early as you can as an individual to get the early bird discount. As long as you collect all the confirmation numbers by Dec 7, 2007 (the late registration deadline), you will be able to log the numbers in for the group discount. (Note: if you register by mail, you must mail in the forms and payments for everyone in your group together to qualify for group discount.) Q: If I register online and mail my check in to the registrar, can I group with my friends who pay online? A: Yes. They are both considered online registrations. Anyone who has registered online can group with others who have registered online. Q: If I register by mail, can I group with my friends who registered online?A: No. If you register by mail, you and your four (or more) friends must mail in the registration forms and payments in one envelop in order to qualify for group discount. To qualify, a group must have 5 or more registered members and must submit their confirmation codes (sent to you by e-mail) on our website by December 7th, 2007 .
