West Coast Chinese Christian Conference (WCCCC)

For more than 30 years, the West Coast Chinese Christian Conference has been ministering to college and young professionals. This year, over 400 conferees will come to the Winter Conference to seek a closer walk with God and be transformed through the renewing of their relationship with Christ.

As new millennium begins, the world around us continues to change very rapidly: computer technologies have created the Internet, advancements in genetics have promoted cloning and even newer discoveries are creating moral dilemmas for everyone. To redeem this culture, we need to be an influence to the people around us. We need to understand the competing worldviews that help shape and create disorder around us.

How shall we then live in such a time as this? In this age, can we still unleash the power of Christ and be an influence for the whole world to see? Yes!! However, to become the people that God wants us to be, we must first allow ourselves to be transformed and renewed by God. Our theme for the conference this year is from the book of Romans, Chapter 12:2, "do not be conformed to the world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind."

Our morning speaker, Dr. Wallace Louie, is a missionary with SEND International and an associate pastor at China Graduate School of Theology in Hong Kong.

Dr. Simon Tsoi, our evening speaker, is the pastor of First Chinese Baptist Church in Phoenix and also serves as the Vice President of Chinese Baptist Fellowship of US and Canada.
