Dr. Wallace Louie
Morning Speaker

Dr. Wallace Louie is a missionary with SEND International and an Associate Professor in Bible Studies at China Graduate School of Theology in Hong Kong. His academic training includes a B.A. from UC San Diego, Pharm. D. from University of the Pacific, M.A. from San Francisco University, and M.Div., Th.M. and Th.D. from Grace Theological Seminary. He has also done post-graduate studies at Trinity International University, Jerusalem University College and Biblical Resources Study Center in Jerusalem. He also has many publications in Chinese. He currently attends Kornhill Alliance Church in Hong Kong.


Dr. Simon Tsoi
Evening Speaker and Workshop Speaker

Dr. Simon Hon-Leung Tsoi is currently pastor at The First Chinese Baptist Church, Phoenix and Vice President of Chinese Baptist Fellowship of US and Canada. Dr. Tsoi was formerly first Vice President of the Southern Baptist Convention and has taught English in University and college in Oklahoma and California. His academic training includes a B.A. from Hong Kong Chinese University, M.A. from Oklahoma City University and University of Iowa, Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary and Doctorate in Ministry from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary.


Dr. Richard Yen
General Plenary Speaker and Workshop Speaker

Dr. Yen has been a speaker at WCCCC for more than 20 years. He received his Ph.D. in Genetics from UC Berkeley and a M.D. from the University of Miami. He is currently a board certified anesthesiologist practicing at Kaiser Permanente, Fontana.

Pastor Tim Leung
Student Plenary Speaker

Tim received a bachelor's degree in music from CSUS and a masters of divinity from Multnomah Biblical Seminary. Tim has worked as a church planter, youth/college director, worship and outreach pastor. He enjoys speaking and singing all over the West Coast and Arizona. You'll find him in coffee shops, hanging out with friends, fishing, and playing racquet sports. In September of this year, he was the worship leader at Generation Transformation, a praise night sponsored by WCCCC.

Pastor John Liu
Young Adult Plenary Speaker

Pastor Liu entered Christian Witness Theological Seminary and completed a Master’s degree in Christian Education in 1986.  He also got a Master’s degree in Divinity at Golden Gate Theological Seminary. Pastor John founded Friendship Agape Church in San Jose, California in 1989.  Now under the John Liu Ministry NIC, he is serving the Chinese church at large through his music, seminars, sermon tapes and CDs.

Pastor Bruce Brown
Communications in Dating Relationships (English)

Pastor  Brown has been a lay counseling director and pastoral counselor at Hume Lake Christian Camp, Sugar Pine Camp and Bethany Church. He has a Master of Arts degree from Azusa Pacific University and is a Licensed Marriage Family Counselor. He has been in private counseling practice for more than three years.

 
Pastor Louis Lee
Discipleship Making / Mentoring (English)

Pastor Lee is the General Director and Founder of Ministries for English Speaking Asians (MESA). After graduating from the University of Michigan and Dallas Theological Seminary, he pastored in Northern California for seventeen years and served as the National Asian Coordinator with Promise Keepers. Louis has spoken at church retreats and conferences in the US and Canada since 1978.


Pastor John Moy
Seeking God's Will (Cantonese)

Pastor  Moy has lived in seven countries: China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, USA, Germany, Canada, and Australia. He and his family have been church planting missionaries and district coordinator in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia over the past ten years. Today they are planting a new church, Christ Family Church, in South San Francisco.


Dr. Bianca Yip
Witnessing to Family Members (English, Cantonese

Dr. Yip was born in Guangzhou, China. She received her M.D. in China and later pursued a career in the U.S. During her clinical practice, Dr. Yip discovered that finding the origin of life is most important. Currently, she works at the surgery department of V.A. hospital in Houston, Texas and is actively involved with the ministries of the Great Commission Center and Second Baptist Church of Houston.


Ms. Jane Yu
Quality Time with God (Mandarin)
Personal/Lifestyle Evangelism (English)

Jane Yu currently oversees the Singles Ministry at Ambassadors for Christ where she was formerly the Director of Administration. She has also worked at Hewlett Packard as program manager. Jane is a graduate of West Seminary and UC Berkeley.
