Keith Booth
Morning Speaker
Saved at the age of twenty, Keith Booth has been blessed greatly. As a member of Camden Avenue Baptist Church, he has been teaching the adult AM Bible study for the last five years and recently started a College and Career Group. He has also been preaching at his home church, as well as at other churches throughout the Bay Area for the past three years. After finishing his undergraduate studies at
UC Davis, he received his teaching credential from San Jose State University. Currently, he is now teaching at
De Anza Community College. He graduated from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary, and hopes to pursue his education even further in the future.


Dr. Albert Ting
Evening Speaker
Dr. Albert Ting was born in Sarawak, Malaysia in 1958. He received his theological training at Singapore Bible College in 1979. Upon graduation in 1983, he returned to Sarawak to plant a daughter church for his home church, Miri Gospel Chapel. In 1987, Albert received his Master of Divinity from Talbot School of Theology, and his Doctor of Ministry from Biola University in1992 respectively. During that period of time, he interned at First Chinese Baptist Church, Fountain Valley and became their assistant pastor in 1989. He was ordained into the ministry in 1990. In response to God's calling to return to Asia, Albert continued to pursue a Master of Theology from Talbot and graduated in 1996. In December of that year, he and his family moved to Singapore from California to be a full-time lecturer at Singapore Bible College.

Peter Sun
Evening Translator
Peter Sun whose ancestry is from the Canton Province was born in Kwelin and grew up in Hong Kong. After coming to the US, he first graduated from the University of Maryland, then from the Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. After college, he worked as an engineer for almost 20 years. In 1989, he was called into the ministry and entered the seminary. After graduation, he served in Chinese churches in Texas, the Bay area, and in North Carolina. Peter is currently serving as a pastor in the first Chinese Southern Baptist Church of San Diego.

Cecilia
Yau, a master graduate of journalism from Wheaton College, has
served at Chinese Christian Mission (CCM) for over twenty years as
the Associate General Secretary in charge of literature ministry.
Her experiences include editing several Chinese and English
magazines, translating and writing books. Now her work focuses on
writing and teaching. She is invited by church groups to speak on
various subjects.

Gary Stanton
Student Plenary Speaker
Gary Stanton and his wife, Donna Mae, ministered to College students for 17 years with The Navigators in University of Washington, Corvallis, Oregon State University and
CalPoly. At CalPoly, Gary oversaw the leadership team development of the Chinese Christian Fellowship and preached at the Central California Coast Chinese Christian Church. He is now helping to develop a national ministry to recent college graduates, called The Navigator's Better2Gether ministry. One of Gary's favorite teaching topics is developing God-honoring relationships between men and women. His light-heated humor and love for people make this workshop an enriching experience.

Wayne
Fong
Young Adult Plenary Speaker
Wayne serves with Partners International as Manager of Professional Services. He oversees the formation, training and deployment of professionals to partner with indigenous led ministries. Prior to his missions work, Wayne worked in
commercial real estate. He has a Masters of Divinity degree in Pastoral Ministry at Multnomah Biblical Seminary (Portland, Oregon). Wayne served three years on the Pastoral Staff at the Portland Chinese Christian & Missionary Alliance Church. Wayne and his wife, Kelly live in Sunnyvale, California. She serves with Partners, assisting in the development of spiritual curriculum materials for China. They attend the San Jose
Christian Alliance Church.

Bruce Brown
Bruce
has been a lay counseling director and pastoral
counselor at Hume Lake Christian Camp, Sugar Pine Camp and Bethany
Church. He has a Master of
Arts degree from Azusa Pacific University and is a Licensed Marriage
Family Counselor. He has been in private counseling practice for
more than three years.
Victor
Chan
Sylvia Chan
Both Victor and Sylvia served fervently in WCCCC for over 10 years. He is a layman servant who is committed to realize the vision that the stature of the fullness of Christ is attainable by everyone through the exercising of our individual gifts (Eph 4:11-13). He has taught Sunday school and church training program in his home church in Los Angeles. He holds a M.S. in Neurobiology and a M.S. in Computer Science.
A nurse by profession, Sylvia appreciates the communication differences between the genders and the importance of building bridges between man and woman. She received a Bachelor and a Master degree in Nursing from UCLA. Currently, she is working as a nurse and a nurse practitioner in San
Diego.

Sau-Wing Lam
Sau-Wing Lam took early retirement in 1998 at age 45 from his position as CEO of United
Commercial Bank in San Francisco to begin a ministry of teaching Christian financial stewardship in the Chinese communities. He speaks frequently in Chinese churches and on two radio programs. He also provides free individual counseling on financial matters via e-mail. Sau-Wing, an alumni of WCCCC, received his MBA from
UC Berkeley and has had over 20 years' senior executive experience in banking, finance and telecommunications.

Pastor Louis Lee
Pastor Lee is the General Director and Founder of Ministries for English Speaking Asians (MESA). After graduating from the University of Michigan and Dallas Theological Seminary, he pastored in Northern California for seventeen years and served as the National Asian Coordinator with Promise Keepers. Louis has spoken at church retreats and conferences in the US and Canada since 1978

Pastor Larry Tong
Born and raised from Hong Kong, Larry came to the United States as a foreign student in 1969. He graduated from Idaho State University majoring in Pharmacy. He has been involved in many aspects of ministries during the past twenty-five years. Wanting to be better equipped as a leader of the church, he entered Western Theological Seminary in Los Gatos in 1992. Graduated with a Master of Divinity Degree in 1997, Rev. Tong accepted God's calling and served as a Senior Pastor.

Winson Wong
Claura Wong
Winson & Claura Wong have been leading congregation worship in English and Cantonese for almost 10 years. their music ministry spans from their home church, fellowships, retreats and evangelical/revival conferences. Starting with a piano, a microphone and a burning desire to experience and serve God in the "singspiration" time during Sunday worship, they were both blessed by the molding of the Potter as He shapes them to be instruments in His worship.
Dr. Richard Yen
Dr. Yen has been a speaker at WCCCC for
more than 20 years. He received his Ph.D. in Genetics from UC
Berkeley and a M.D. from the University of Miami. He is currently
a board certified anesthesiologist practicing at Kaiser
Permanente, Fontana.
