Thank you for registering the 2002
West Coast Chinese Christian Conference. Here are some suggestions
for you to prepare for the conference.

Registration Confirmation Letter which will be mailed to you
in December

Right amount of
CASH if you need to pay for your registration fee. (Only cash is
accepted. Personal check, Visa/Master card will NOT be
accepted.)

Picture ID
(driver’s license)

Sleeping Bag
(only for students. Student Plus and Young Adult will have Hotel
style accommodation).

Bible,
pen/pencil, notebook and paper

Health
Insurance Card

Flashlight and
Batteries

A bottle of
water for the first day

1. Take I-280 S (to San Jose)
2. Exit Hwy 17 S (to Santa Cruz)
3. Drive approximately 17-22 miles South on Hwy 17
4. Exit Glen Canyon Road/Mt. Hermon, stay RIGHT on Mt. Hermon Rd
5. At the Graham Hill Road signal light, turn LEFT
6. Proceed one block and turn LEFT to Conference Drive
7. Drive 1/3 mile to Mt. Hermon Conference Center and park at the main parking lot
8. Registration is at the NEWTON MEMORIAL (across from the
parking lot)
From Los Angeles (allow 7-8 hours)
1. Take I-5 N (to Sacramento)
2. Exit Hwy 152 W (to Gilroy/San Jose)
3. Exit Hwy 101 N (to San Jose)
4. Exit Hwy 85 N (to Mountain View)
5. Exit Hwy 17 S (to Santa Cruz)
6. Drive approximately 17-22 miles South on Hwy 17

1. Drive approximately 17-22 miles South on Hwy 17
2. Exit Glen Canyon Road/Mt. Hermon, stay RIGHT on Mt. Hermon Rd
3. At the Graham Hill Road signal light, turn LEFT
4. Proceed one block and turn LEFT to Conference Drive

Continue on Conference Drive after you pass the
Mount Hermon sign and Post Office. Look for the large parking lot on
your right.
Pick your check-in line based on the color of your
confirmation letter and the first letter of your first name
Express Check-In
Locate overhead signs with letters.
Queue up in the lane corresponding to your
FIRST name initial.
Please have your confirmation letter or picture ID available
(driver’s license or student ID).

receive the official conference handbook, combination conference
ID and meal card and a plastic badge holder.

Your Room Key.
Regular Check-In
Please have your registration
confirmation letter and picture ID available (driver’s license or
student ID).
1.
Pay the difference of
your registration amount and get stamped on your confirmation
letter at Cashier Desk. We accept CASH only.
2.
Check-in. You will
receive the official conference handbook, combination conference
ID and meal card, and a plastic badge holder.

Walk-On Registration
Please go to Help
Desk and fill in registration form. The walk-on registration fee
is $189 for students and $279 for Young Adult. CASH only.
