Plenary Session:

The Dignity vs. the Sanctity of Human Life

Is it ever appropriate to choose to end a person’s life for his own “dignity”?  What is the biblical view on issues such as abortion and euthanasia?  Learn from Stand to Reason’s Steve Wagner as he shares his views on this debated topic.

Steve Wagner
Plenary Speaker - The Dignity vs. the Sanctity of Human Life

Steve Wagner trains students to defend their Christian faith and values against challenges from teachers and peers. He focuses especially on bioethical issues including abortion and cloning, but moral relativism, evolution, and the resurrection of Jesus Christ find their place in his seminars, where he focuses on imparting skills through interactive activities.

Steve has spoken to audiences in Canada and across the United States, including an audience of 25,000 at The Call, an assembly of Christians meeting for prayer and repentance at the Cottonbowl in Dallas, Texas. He has presented the pro-life position to classes at Cal State Long Beach and Cal State Los Angeles and in debates at the University of Toronto and at Cal State Dominguez Hills. Steve specializes in training college students to engage their campuses in large-scale discussion on abortion. He trains students at the Focus on the Family Institute preparing them to persuasively dialogue with students on a major secular college campus as part of a pro-life exhibit sponsored by Justice for All. He has trained and debated students on major university campuses nationwide.
