How Can I Help?

WCCCC is always improving to better serve our conferees.  There are many opportunities to help us at this year's conference and also in the future.  Before coming to this year's conference, please consider volunteering to help WCCCC further its ministry.

Registration/Check-In Helpers

We need 12 volunteers to help with processing registration information for conferees.  You will need to arrive at the conference grounds by 10AM on 12/26.  If you would like to help, please e-mail Kerrie for more information.

General Affairs and Welcome Team Helpers

We need help welcoming conferees on the first day, directing car traffic to appropriate parking lots, checking in conferees at meal time, and other in-conference tasks.  If you would like to help, please e-mail Kerrie for more information.

Photographers and Videographers

Helpers are needed to take photographs & take videos during the conference. Slots include morning messages, workshops, evening messages & candid.  E-mail Michelle for more information.

Leading Bible Study or Cabin Sharing

Thanks for all those who attended the Bible Study (BSL) and Cabin Sharing Leaders' (CSL) Training Sessions!  For those who couldn't make the sessions, you can still download the different leader's guides to help you prepare to lead your group at the conference!
