I.
Before the Conference.
|
A. Obtain visitation
reports, related documents and church listing of previous year from Publicity Department Vice Chair as soon as is elected. |
|
|
B. Review the documents
to estimate man-power needed in the area, and set a realistic goal on the minimum number
of recruitment as soon as the above information is available. |
|
|
C. Recruit as many
Publicity Team members (PTM) as possible and as soon as possible. Work with
Publicity Department Vice Chair to organize the PTM training session by mid-July. More
training session may be needed to ensure all PTMs get trained. |
|
D. Organize preliminary
visitation schedule with the PTM's immediately after PTM training session. |
|
E. Continue to recruit
PTM's if necessary. |
|
F.
Continue to contact churches and Christian groups to arrange for visitation and update
church list through late registration deadline (if no late registration deadline use
registration deadline). |
|
G. Begin publicity
campaign as soon as the publicity materials are available and the publicity teams are
formed. |
|
I. Follow up on
visitations. |
|
J. Collect all
visitation reports. |
|
K. Report to the
Publicity Department Vice Chair biweekly from mid-September. |
|
L. Two
weeks before the Conference, work with Publicity Department Vice Chair to organize a team
of welcoming committee hosts and hostess in welcoming the conferees on the opening day to
the Conference. Help conferees finding their cabins on the map, |

| II. During
the Conference. |
|
|
A. Arrive early on the opening day of
the Conference.
B. Serve as host and hostess in welcoming the conferees to the Conference. |
|
|
|
|
| III. After
the Conference. |
|
|
A. Submit all visitation reports,
updated church list, summary and recommendations to Publicity Department Vice Chair before
the January Planning Committee/Executive Committee meeting of next year.. |

Note:
1) L.A. San Fernando Valley Area Representative is
responsible for the areas within the Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties (e.g. Thousand
Oaks, Camarillo, Santa Barbara, etc).
2) L.A. San Gabriel Valley Area Representative is responsible for all areas north of Fwy
60 and Fwy 101 in the Los Angeles County (e.g. Chinatown, San Gabriel, Alhambra, Monterey
Park, Pomona, etc).
3) L.A. South Bay Area Representative is responsible for all areas south of Fwy 60 and Fwy
101 in the Los Angeles County (e.g. West L.A., Torrance, Long Beach, etc).
4).All other Area Representatives consult Publicity Department Vice Chair for your
responsible areas.
