Cabin Sharing Leader (Not a voted position)

I. Attend a mandatory training session before the conference in the local area.

II. Lead cabin sharing each night at the conference.

III. Pray for each cabin member daily.

IV. Attend daily in-conference meeting for discussion of special problems that might occur.

V. Be a life witness, a peer counselor, and a facilitator.

VI. Share Gospel with the non-Christian in the group and pray for them.

Qualifications:

1. Must be a born-again Christian.
2. Prefer to have experience as a cabin sharing leader or lead small group in the local fellowship or church.
3. Must attend the current year conference full-time.
4. Have a good relationship with God.
