I. Be responsible for the overall coordination efforts of the publishing.

A. Screen and edit articles submitted.
B. Design and format the newsletter structure and style.
C. Establish a theme for each issue.
D. Schedule for each issue to come out at proper interval.
E. Coordinate with Staff Writers of Messenger for articles.


II. Coordinate with Webmaster to publish the Messenger through website. Coordinate with Database Manager to publish through email, postal mailing.
