A. Make a
list of possible contents of handbook and their sources under directions of Chairperson
and the Communication Department Vice Chair. Obtain copyright
for outside articles.
B. Contact all people responsible for supplying the materials and set deadline of
mid-November (suggest reviewing previous years handbooks)
II. Edit and
layout.
A. Recruit a
team to do typing, editing and past-up work. It is best done with desktop publishing tools
for micro-computer.
B. Complete handbook for printing by the first week of December.
C. Seek help from Graphics Designer or other for
graphic designs and illustrations.
III. Print
handbook.
A. Get
handbook cover from Graphics Designer.
B. Submit final draft to print shop or commercial Xerox store by second week of
December.
C. Bring finished handbook (folded and stapled) to campground before in-conference
check-in starts.
