I. Perform a yearly survey of conferees at the Conference.

A. Together with Handbook Production design a concise and useful survey form to be included in the Conference handbook (may use previous material) at the September Executive Committee meeting. Finalize any changes at the October Executive Committee meeting.
B. Include particularly questions addressing to conferees of that year.
C. May interview a sample of the conferees concerning how they perceive the Conference and how the Conference can nurture their spirituality.
D. Compile qualitative and quantitative survey results by the 3nd week of January of the following year.


II. Present survey results, recommend changes and innovations for improving the Conference ministry at the Planning and Executive Committee meeting the following year.
