1. All nominees should be present during the Planning Committee/Executive Committee meeting.
2. Nominees should have attended the WCCCC as a full time conferee.
3. All executive committees are expected to attend every Executive Committee meeting.
4. The nominator is the guarantor for each Executive Committee.
5. There should be at least two nominees for the Chairperson and all Vice Chair positions before closing for election.

1. All Executive Committee positions shall be elected by attendees of the Planning Committee/Executive Committee meeting. Chairperson and all Vice Chairs shall be elected by Planning Committee.
2. The Chairperson and all Vice Chairs should be elected at least two month before the Planning Committee/Executive Committee retreat.
