Executive Committee Chairperson
- Familiar with and uphold the vision of WCCCC.
- Should have attended the Conference for at least 3 years.
- Should have served in the Planning Committee.
- Should have served in the Executive Committee as a Vice
Chair or directly under the former Executive Chairperson.
- Should be serving or have served in a leadership role at
church/fellowship/Christian ministry/work.
- Have strong communication skill (verbal and written).
- Have strong analytical and organizational (planning,
prioritizing, detail oriented) skills.
- Have strong people, management and delegation skills.
- Have decision making skills.

Administration Vice Chair
- Should have served in the particular department previously
or have served as a Vice Chair position in other departments before.
- Will assist the Chairperson to recruit vacant Executive
Committee positions under the department.
- Should have organizational (very detail oriented) skill.
- Have people management and delegation skills (able to
motivate, delegate responsibility and recruit helpers).
- Be conscientious and able to meet deadlines.

Communication Vice Chair
- Should have served in the particular department previously
or have served as a Vice Chair position in other departments before.
- Will assist the Chairperson to recruit vacant Executive
Committee positions under the department.
- Be flexible with and appreciation for artistic freedom (i.e.
aesthetic).
- Should be sensitive to the power of words.
- Be conscientious and able to meet deadlines.

Publicity Vice Chairs
- Should have served in the particular department previously
or have served as a Vice Chair position in other departments before.
- Will assist the Chairperson to recruit vacant Executive
Committee positions under the department.
- Should have good time management skill and ability to meet
deadlines.
- Should have enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
- Should have good interpersonal skill (telephone manner and
recruitment).
- Should have good organizational skill (be able to track the
activities).

Student and Young Adult Vice Chairs
- Should have served in the particular department previously
or have served as a Vice Chair position in other departments before.
- Will assist the Chairperson to recruit vacant Executive
Committee positions under the department.
- Should have a heart/vision for the Young Adult or Student
Ministry.
- Should have good interpersonal skills (esp. recruitment and
follow-through).
- Should have people management and delegation skills.
