Qualifications:

Richard Yen has a Ph.D. in Genetics
from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.D. from the
University of Miami. He is currently the CEO of Hemosphere,
a privately-held biopharmaceutical company whose focus is on
targeted drug delivery and whose technology is easily applicable
to the delivery of a variety of drugs, including anti-cancer and
gene therapy agents.
Dr. Yen is also an inventor with over 30 U.S. and
international patents.
