• Contact phone: It is important that this is the number we can easily find you in regarding to any registration information. WCCCC may also contact you if you are willing to help out in the conference for doing Bible Study Leader or Cabin Sharing Leader.
• Gender: This is used to assign rooms.
• Age Group: This is used to assign rooms.
• Any conferee with financial need can apply financial assistance at first come first serve basis with qualification.
• Transportation subsidy is for those who are from outside of Northern California area and who did not apply for van pool subsidy. This transportation subsidy will not automatically deducted from your final payment amount. Upon approval, you will receive it in the conference when you check-in.
• Other Information. WCCCC would to know where are you from and how to update your church information. We appreciated your time entering the information.

Conference Information

• Bible Study Language: This helps us to assign you in the correct Bible Study language group in the conference.
• Attendance: If you can’t make it as full-time conferee, please also indicate the dates that you are attending in the drop-down box.
• Workshop Selection: WCCCC provide one workshop each day with different language choices. Filling out your choice will help the speaker to prepare their materials and the size of meeting room.
• You can help WCCCC too by participating leading Bible Study, leading Cabin Sharing, joining First Aid Team, publicizing the conference to others, being representative for your own church or just have a willing heart to help.
• Driving up to Mt. Hermon in Santa Cruz could be boring. Why not carpooling with friends or helping others who don’t have a ride? Please let us know if you can help or if you need a ride.
• Note to Registrar. This is the place where you can specify your special needs. For example: special diet requirement, want to room with specific person (However we strongly suggest you to be open to meet new friends and have fun rooming with others.), special medical condition, handicap assistance needed and other concern for your stay at the conference.

Financial Assistance

Everyone who applies for financial assistance, must complete the requested information to qualify for financial assistance. 

• 2008 Income: Please list your estimated parental support, scholarship, employment and other income.
• 2008 Expenses: Include housing, tuition and personal expenses.
• Amount Requested: How much assistance do you need to attend the conference?
• Justification: WCCCC is very serious about removing financial barriers so that both students and young adults can come to the conference. If you do need assistant, please do let us know your needs so we can help.

Fees

You will see your final payment amount at this page. 

• The early bird discount or late registration charge will automatically apply to the calculation. 
• If you would like to make a tax deductible donation to the conference, please fill in the amount. You may request a statement documenting your donation.

Payment

If you are paying by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card), you will be directed to PayPal, our credit card processor. If you do not already have a PayPal account, you will need to open an account; don't worry, there's no charge. You will also receive an email for every transaction you conducted through PayPal-- including your payment to WCCCC. If you qualify for a refund, we will deposit it into your PayPal account. 

Confirmation

This page summarizes your conference registration. You should print it out and save it for your reference. A

• If you paid by credit card, you will automatically receive a confirmation email from WCCCC when your credit card has been processed. Use the Confirmation ID to sign up for group discounts or when contacting the  WCCCC Registrar (registrar@wcccc.org).
• If you plan to pay by check, you will need to print this confirmation page and mail it with your check to the WCCCC Registrar. Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Use the Confirmation ID to sign up for group discounts or when contacting the  WCCCC Registrar (registrar@wcccc.org). If you have 5 or more full time registrations, be sure to include all of them (with appropriate payment) into one envelope. Sorry, we cannot process a mix of online and mail-in group registrations.
